New Dental Patient Information – White Plains, NY

How to Get Started

We’re pleased to welcome you to Maple Dental! We want your first visit to go off without a hitch, and that means giving you the information you need to make sure the entire first appointment goes smoothly. Read on to learn everything you need to know to prepare for your initial appointment. We understand if you have additional questions and concerns, of course, so don’t hesitate to call our dental office to ask our staff if you need to.

Your First Visit

At the start of your appointment, we’ll ask if you have had any pressing dental problems or pain lately, then take some photographs and X-rays of your oral cavity. We’ll give your teeth, gums, jaw, head, and neck a comprehensive examination before we share our findings with you and discuss our recommendations for follow-up treatment. We will also clean your teeth so that the plaque and tartar that you haven’t been able to remove by yourself does not cause further problems.

New Patient Forms

You’ll need to complete a few forms before we can provide you with any type of dental care. Of course, you probably don’t want to spend your first visit to our dental office struggling to fill out paperwork, so to save yourself some time, you can download them with the link below and fill them out right now. Then you can simply bring them with you to your appointment so we can speed up the entire process.

Dental Insurance

We are a fee-for-service dental office, so we’re not in-network with any plans. However, you can still use your insurance to save money on our services. Simply provide us with your insurance information so that we can confirm whether we take your plan, and we’ll handle all the paperwork for you when the time comes to make a claim. Be sure to review your benefits with your insurance carrier so that you know what sort of coverage you can expect to receive.

Financing Available

With financing, you can pay for your dental care via a loan, then pay off that loan in a series of monthly installments designed to fit your budget. You can apply for financing through CareCredit, which offers several plans designed to fit a wide variety of financial situations. The link below will allow you to apply for CareCredit, but if there’s anything you want to know about it first, feel free to let us know.
